At Brothers Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The product has a manufacturing fault
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included
The original purchase receipt or order confirmation is required
The following items cannot be returned:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Items without original packaging
Products returned after 7 days
Installed or used appliances (unless defective)
If your product arrives damaged:
Take clear pictures of the package and product.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Do not use the product.
We will arrange inspection and replacement if approved.
Once your return is approved:
The product will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund will be issued via:
Bank transfer
Original payment method
EasyPaisa/JazzCash (if applicable)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
We offer exchanges only for:
Defective items
Wrong product delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.
If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer may bear return shipping charges.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
